vital part of the team, the functional consultant will help develop strong business cases while
demonstrating how clients can realize substantial value by deploying the Microsoft Dynamics 365
Solutions.

- Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of the client’s business processes.
- Mapping the Business Process with CRM Process
- Adapt to different end-user learning styles when training, gathering requirements, etc.
- Create documentations for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional and technical requirements, design, training, process engineering, etc.
- Analysing the requirements with respect to Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Co-ordinating with technical team members to reach the technical requirements
- Assist internal resources with support or pre-sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related integrations.
Educations & Experience:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, computer application
- 1-4 years of experience in implementing CRM is required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required.
- At least 2+ years of experience with in functional dynamic crm
